Retrieve what actions is not supported by specified pool.

RETURN¶

uint64_t. Unsupported actions which is a bit sensitive field. Possible values are:
* 0
If all actions are supported.
* LSM_POOL_UNSUPPORTED_VOLUME_GROW
Pool cannot grow volume on size.
* LSM_POOL_UNSUPPORTED_VOLUME_SHRINK
Pool cannot shrink volume on size.
